NYCC 2019 FAQ & UPDATES

NYCC exclusive Pops will be released on Friday 4th October. We have answered a few of the frequently asked questions below:

  1. The Pops will go live on our website on Friday 4th October at 2 pm (Sydney time)

  2. If an item is in your cart, this DOES NOT mean that you have secured your item.  You need to make your purchases quickly and only when your order confirmed through the checkout, then your order is secure. 

  3. This is our busiest time of year, all queries will be answered within 10 business days – Monday to Friday.

  4. Any requests to cancel an order will be made once all stock has been posted (approximately 2 weeks) and it will be swapped for store credit only. Editing order will not be possible, if you wish to remove any items, then you risk your whole order being cancelled. 

  5. Shipping times for this event will take up to 10 business days, due to the high volume of orders. 

  6. We cannot replace damaged Pops during this period, as they are exclusive items and we only get a limited number. 

  7. All stock listed is final. If we are able to get anymore, we will add them to the website later on Friday. Please sign up to be notified of this on the specific items page on our item. Click the NOTIFY ME button on the page, and enter your details. You will get an email if this item comes back in stock. 

  8. We cannot hold or lay-by any of the exclusive Pop Vinyls.
